PC Repairs
We will collect your PC from your home,(Free local collection) or you can drop it off. We will diagnose the problem and repair it for only £30 plus any parts that are required. We will inform you of the cost for the parts before we repair it. If we cant repair it, we will return it to you with no charge. Also for a small charge we can connect another pc into your home, so that you can stay connected to the internet while your pc is being repaired.
PC Health Check
A PC health check from us costs just £25. ( You will not find this cheaper). Which includes.
Hoover,clean and polish you keyboard,monitor and external casing.
Clean inside case and remove all dust from cables and fans
Clean your floppy and CD/DVD drives with recommended products
Run a full virus scan and ensure your anti-virus software it up to date
Run a full spy-ware scan and install/update anti-spy software
Update your Windows Operating System with the latest security patches
Check all hardware is functioning properly
Check the performance settings are optimal
Clean off unnecessary files, freeing up hard disk space
Delete any of your unwanted or unused software
We will also install anti-virus software (If required)to keep you protected when you are online.
Operating System Re-Install - £30 Hard Drive is wiped clean
Fresh Install of Windows XP / Vista / Windows 7, on single partition
Critical Windows Updates downloaded and installed
All necessary hardware drivers loaded
AVG Anti-virus & Spybot Anti-spyware installed and updated
Your choice of Internet Browser installed - IE7 - Firefox - Google Crome or Opera
Essential PlugIns Installed - Flash and Macromedia Players - Java - etc etc
Adobe Acrobat Reader installed with a few other widely used free packages .

PC Home Setup
We will come to your home and setup your PC, Printer, Speakers ,Broadband and Email. We will then give you a demonstration on how it works and answer any questions you have. Only £25
Data Recovery
We have specialised software to recover your data from hard drives that may have been accidentally or maliciously formatted, all though we cannot guarantee a success rate of 100% we will do everything in our expertise to reunite you with your valuable data. All recovered data will be handed over on DVDs upon completion

PC Cleaning

This service costs £12 for the first pc and £8 for any additional pc.

PC HELPLINE
This service is an absolute must if you own a PC, as it can help you with many tasks including: installing software, removing viruses,fraud protection and answering any computer related questions.
As well as peace of mind that the solution to your problem is only a phone call away, PC helpline also gives you support for a whole year. And, if we are unable to solve your problem over the phone, then we can remotely control your PC and fix it that way! This will require an initial visit to set it up but crucially once in place we can respond immediately with out the need for a site visit. This service costs £59.99 for 12 months.
