Our online support tool, has the ability to allow our engineers to connect to your PC, over the internet, and assume control of your mouse and keyboard. Thus it's like having and engineer with you without the cost of callout charges, and without the need to wait in for an engineer to call. Infact we will even do the work while your out.
Our online tech support can help! No more reading through pages of online documentation to find the answer. No more expensive 0890 numbers to call, with somebody saying 'click here, click there. We can also help with online fraud. It you receive any email's or calls from people offering you goods or services that sound to good to be true, then you can contact us and we will check it out for you.
This service has been added due to two of our customers being caught out with online fraud.
The first customer sold goods on an online Auction and received an email from Paypal telling them the goods had been paid for. The customer sent the goods, then two days later found out that it was a spoof email address.
Customer number two received a call from a company telling them that they had not registered there new laptop and told them to go to a website and put in a pin number. The company then took control of there pc and disabled the sound card and told the customer that there was errors on the Laptop. They then offered to repair the problem for £65.

And, if we are unable to solve your problem over the phone, then we can remotely control your PC and fix it that way! This will require an initial visit to set it up but crucially once in place we can respond immediately without the need for a site visit.

PC help includes phone and Remote Fix access. It does not include home visits or the cost of
repairing Hardware or Software failures. Remote fix can only be accessed via broadband.
PC help is available Mon to Frid , 11am to 7pm and Sat, Sun 11am to 6pm. Just text, help along with your account number, or phone and leave your account number and someone will get back to you usually within 1 hour.
The technical service has no usage limit but we do operate a fair usage policy. We may raise additional charges if we believe that services are being used for multi-user business purposes or because we believe that you are failing to take appropriate steps to maintain and safeguard your system.
Online fraud protection will help and advise you on what course of action to take. We will not be held liable for any goods or money lost to online fraud.
